On February, 21 in 2005
Shareholders
of JSA «Drogobych machine-building plant» changed
organs
of managements and liquidated all associated companies.
On February,
20 attendants took place meetings of shareholders' of JSA
«Drogobych machine-building plant»
(former Gas equipment factory).
On an order-paper took away: claim
results of Association activity for 2004,
changing
of management organs, reorganization of the associated companies.
In meeting took part 50 shareholders which
have 86% voices.
By the decision of meeting, the rule of
Asociation was liquidated and appointed
executive
branch in a person of general director Shvadchak Volodimir.
There was also selected new composition of
Observant advice and Checkup committee
of
Association.
Associated companies: «Veslka», «Plastic»,
«Fakel», «Bydivelnuk», «SOTTS» «Trust», «Autokolona» and «TD
«Naftogazmashservis», liquidated through
their
unprofitableness.
